1. General Policy

At ACCSCloud, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer digital services (such as verified cloud and ads accounts), and due to the nature of digital products, refunds are limited and subject to specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if the following conditions are met:

You did not receive the account within the promised delivery time (typically within 30–60 minutes).
The account provided is non-functional or already used, and our support team is unable to replace it.
You report a valid issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: We verify every claim with technical and system logs. If the account has already been accessed or modified, refunds are not eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

You changed your mind after purchase.
You provided incorrect information (e.g., wrong email or contact ID).
The issue is caused by your device, IP ban, or external platform restrictions.
You violated our terms of use or attempted to abuse the system.

4. Replacement Policy

In case of a valid issue:

We will first attempt to replace the account with a working one of equal or better quality.
If a replacement cannot be provided, then a full or partial refund will be issued.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement:
